About Our Regular Sewing Program
Kids Sewing Program, Fun Staff, Easy Sewing Machines
We have a 4 year kids sewing program. The regular sewing program runs the week of September 17, 2024 to May 30, 2025.
- Ages 8 and up
- Weekly 1 hours class
- 4 Levels of sewing
- Students pin, cut and sew a variety of projects in each level.
- Use Our Speed Controlled Sewing Machines for safety
- Each student will have a machine and cutting area
- Students will choose from fabrics we have in our store
- Makeup Days on Saturday mornings

Summer Schedule for July 2025 - August 2025
For ages 8 and up (or 6 and 7 with an adult supervision)
Sign up for one day or more, receive a discount when you sign up for 4 days in the same week. We will be using Sewing Machines, pinning and cutting. Most projects take one day to make unless otherwise noted. If they finish early we will keep them busy sewing, every child sews at their own pace. We want every child to finish at least one project in a day. If they are signed up for one day and don't finish by 1:00 we might call you and ask for some more time.
Days: Tuesdays – Fridays Time: 9:00 - 1:00

Make a Game For Family Game Night
July 1 - July 3

We are very excited about our Sew A Game Week. Students will sew game boards from around the world and make their own game pieces. The games are easy to play, each game will come with a printout of the name of the game, where it originated from and the rules of the game. Students will sew one game per session and we will spend the last 1/2 hour of the day playing the game. Most games are for 1 or 2 players. If a student signs up for more than 1 day we will make a draw string bag and or a pouch to hold their games and pieces. Great for vacations and family game nights. Ages 8 and up (adults are welcome too). The price of the class includes all supplies.

Most Animals are easy to sew.
Sloth and Gecko are more advanced and take more than one day.

Here is a list of items they can make. Please go over the list below to help your child choose a project. *Your child can bring a snack or lunch (that is not messy) and a water bottle.
(Easy) Water Bottle Bag, Purse, Neck Pillow, Wallet, Pillowcase, Draw String Bag, Bike Bag, Beach Bag, Pencil/Marker/Crayon Rollup, Toothbrush Holder, Easy Backpack, Sew a Gnome Pillow, Make a Change Purse. If you have extra time sew fun quickies like a Scrunchie, a Headband, a Chapstick Holder or a Bookmark.
(Experienced) Sew any projects above or make a Bucket Hat, Quilted Backpack, Quilted Overnight/Makeup Bag, Quilted Chrome Book Bag, A Quilt or Wall Hanging using one of our fun panels (Quilted items sometimes take more than one day)

Sew your own fun school supplies using a variety of fabrics. Please go over the list with your child to help them decide what to make before coming to class. *Your child can bring a snack or lunch (that is not messy) and a water bottle.
(Easy) Pencil Case, Binder Cover, Spiral Notebook Cover , Marker/Crayon Rollup , Lunch Bag, Water Bottle Holder , Music Folder , Art Folder , Lanyard , Draw String Bag (for Gym), Change Purse, Easy Small Backpack, Scrunchie, Headband (Experienced) Level 2 and up- All of the Above or a Quilted Backpack, a Quilted Duffle Bag, a Quilted Chromebook Cover (we need the size of your Chromebook). Please know “Quilted Items” might take more than one day.
American Girl Doll Week
Sign up for one day or more. . Augus 19 - August 22. *Your child can bring a snack or lunch (that is not messy) and a water bottle.
Here is a list of items they can make. Because they are first time and beginner sewers we will sew items in order. Make A Dress, Make A Skirt, Make A Top, Make A Purse, Make a Blanket, Make a Pillow, Make a Headband, Make Shorts for your American Girl Doll. Don't forget to bring your doll so we can try them on. Our goal is to finish one item a day and then keep them sewing (and hopefully finishing) more till the end of the day.
Learn to Crochet & Sew
New This Year: August 26 - August 29
Students will learn basic crochet stitches (chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet). We will make wash/dish cloths using the different stitches. Students will also use our sewing machines to sew a bag to hold their yarn and crochet hooks. The fee includes all supplies.
